Nenne bitte App-Version, iPhone-/iPad-Modell, iOS-Version und die Schritte bis zum Problem. Passwörter, Gerätecodes oder Zahlungsdaten werden für den Support nicht benötigt.

Projekte wiederherstellen

Öffne den Papierkorb, halte das Projekt gedrückt und wähle „Projekt wiederherstellen“. Solange Projekte nicht endgültig gelöscht wurden, bleiben ihre Inhalte dort erhalten. Bei zwei belegten Gratis-Projektplätzen kannst du vorhandene Projekte weiter bearbeiten und weitere Fotos hinzufügen.

Käufe wiederherstellen

Öffne Einstellungen oder die Vollversionsansicht und wähle „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Verwende den Apple-Account, mit dem die Freischaltung erworben wurde. Erstmaliger Kauf und Wiederherstellung können eine Verbindung zum App Store benötigen.

Kamera und Fotoimport

Die Kamera wird innerhalb eines Projekts geöffnet. Nach der Aufnahme bestätigst du „Foto verwenden“. Bei abgelehntem Zugriff kannst du die Kameraberechtigung in den iOS-Einstellungen für MeasureFlow freigeben. Vorhandene Fotos wählst du über „Fotos“, Bilddateien über das Ordnersymbol.

Sicherung

Unter Einstellungen → Backup kannst du alle Projekte als bearbeitbare Sicherung exportieren und über „Backup importieren“ wiederherstellen. Ein PDF- oder JPEG-Export ersetzt kein bearbeitbares Backup.

Include the app version, iPhone/iPad model, iOS version and steps to reproduce the problem. Support does not require passwords, device passcodes or payment details.

Restore projects

Open Trash, press and hold a project, and select Restore project. Contents remain until permanently deleted. When both free project slots are occupied, existing projects can still be edited and receive additional photos.

Restore purchases

In Settings or the Pro screen, choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that purchased the unlock. A first purchase or restoration may require an App Store connection.

Camera and photo import

Open the camera inside a project and confirm Use Photo after capture. If access was denied, enable MeasureFlow's camera permission in iOS Settings. Choose Photos to import from the library or the folder icon to import image files.

Backups

Use Settings → Backup to export all projects as an editable backup, and Import backup to restore them. A PDF or JPEG export does not replace an editable backup.
